Back in the ocean!
Finally got to try my watch out in an open water swim. just a warm up really. fun to see my track. Lots of fun. I’ll be back soon. 
Incredibly impassioned performance from The Mountain Goats!
John and the gang performed a pile of new work intermingled with classics and a few unrecorded tracks. It was an awesome show full of precious moments and supposition about drug enforcement or a legendary heavy metal club in Long Beach. We met some great people and had a wonderful evening. i was ducking traffic and i found a gem. This shop is 4929 Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90230, but they have locations all across Los Angeles.
I watched the sunrise in the valley by the banks of the LA river.
not as scenic as you would imagine.
The Valley after it rains…
