no joke. the pool was empty but me and a large white bearded man. complete with red swimsuit (if only it had white trim). I only wish I had a picture.

Time to get in the water.
Business in Simi brings breakfast! Eggs-n-Things revisited!
I returned to an old haunt and a fine breakfast place in Simi Valley this morning. important purchases take me to this epic monument to consumerism. more on that later.
The coast is lovely in the rain.
I’m enjoying a lovely drive up PCH today.

We had perfect timing this morning at Cici’s. List got nuts just after our name.
Back to reality.
Just driving back from camping in ojai. Had a lovely time. slept right next to a creak and ate gourmet meals. was a perfect reset. I’ll throw up some more photos when I get home.
The pool is 90ish, and we’re on the trampoline.

After a glorious breakfast and a walk on the pier we returned to Tess’s condo by way of the beach. along the way we met a very social pelican. i shot some video that i will put up here eventually. Download pelican video here.

Hot time in Oceanside!
After some flaming absinthe and remarkable palaver, we finally flopped in beautiful oceanside. Today is remarkable day to go to the beach.
My grandpa joins the ipod family!
He loves having pictures of the family and all his favorite ol’ tunes at his fingers. He is still getting used to the touch interface. Eventuall we’ll get him set up on the calendar. Calendar is one of the features he was excited about. i’m more excited to get my sister’s iCal wirelessly synced to his. I’m heading back tomorrow to give them some speakers.
