Giant trees, goats, and wind chimes.
I am camping in Sequoia with my family. There is just nothing like waking to the sound of a roaring river and the smell of mint. Dogs, cats, and goats oh my! Friendly animals, good people, and even live music. Fantastic time so far. I’ve even been teaching the kids to play Lunch Money.

Hit up some In-N-Out and some petrol on the way. The dogs enjoyed their midnight snack. (so did i) Next stop: Serg’s place, then Home! it’s nice to get away, but there is nothing like sleeping in your own bed.

Damn you god! they turned our boats around just because of 50′ visibility. I feel bad for all the first timers. They arranged for a pathetic exhibition in aquatic park. I didn’t participate, but I’ll be back next year!

I’m at my first roller derby game. the event was held in a warehouse in the ventura fairgrounds. Among the throngs of spectators is an awesome assortment people from all walks of life. I was surprised at the number of children and injured women. Though the latter probably shouldn’t . . . these ladies take some serious abuse for our entertainment. All while keeping a sense of humor with clever names and even numbers. a lot of fun, keep it up girls.
