And with it, the last of my engagement. Tapbots makes incredible software for interacting with twitter. Despite it’s already limited API integration, chief twit killed the integration completely with no word or warning. You had incredible developers working for your users, but now you have pissed them off. I cannot wait to see the incredible work that comes out of spite.
Most of the people i follow have already departed twitter. It hasn’t been useful for a while. now, it’s not even amusing. I’ve moved to @be3n@mastodon.social. I will still syndicate posts from this site to twitter and the twitter feed will also remain (for now). I’ve already added Mastodon syndication and feed. (assuming this posts makes it there). Exciting.
This small exhibit includes audio/video recordings from the Daily Show cast as well as Trump Survivors. Even a set with a golden toilet and props to pose with. (i had to grab a tie, but it wasn’t long enough for me). We were given name tags upon our arrival complete with nickname (mine was “Buzzkill be3n”). you can see the whole exhibit in under an hour. well worth the visit!

LulzSec is back at it. Actually they never stopped, but this time they released 26,000 emails and passwords from a pile of porn sites. Again we are reminded of the ills of password reuse as email, facebook, and twitter accounts fall. This is going to reverberate across the net for a while as troublemakers make trouble for some poor porn subscribers. I almost feel bad for them. This is one way to educate the populous. Facebook was quick to block the listed emails, but if email is also compromised, it doesn’t help for long.

after working with and loving WP to Twitter for weeks, it abruptly stopped working for an entire day.

Update: now it appears to be resolved. i am now guessing some resource on my shared host was busy. (Dreamhost i’m looking at you) if it returns i’ll get another change to figure it out. thanks again for your help joe.
i finally glued all my social networking sites to my blog. if everything goes to plan, this should end up everywhere!
all I want is to post simply to my wordpress blog and have that post automatically retransmitted to facebook and/or Twitter based on tags of categories. why is that so hard?
